Refund policy

All sales are final. Our products are digital downloads. Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final. We don’t give refunds for change of mind.

The one exception: a problem with the file. If a file is corrupted or won’t open, or is materially different from its product description, email us at info@fieldlinesafety.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and what’s wrong. We’ll fix the file or send you a replacement. If neither works, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

You agree to this when you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy and our terms of sale.
